Accom-Oz Contact Solutions is a recently established business in the Contact Centre and Virtual PA Services & Outsourcing Sector, part of the Accom-Oz Accommodation Group which operates accommodation in Darwin and an international travel agency. We are currently supplying administration and reservations department outsourcing as well as virtual personal assistant solutions to our sister companies and are expanding, now providing these services to small and medium enterprises throughout Australia primarily from our Philippines based Contact Centre. Whilst we are a relatively new business, our team has experience that is second to none, our team in our Manila facility have been with the company for more than a year, most within their second and sixth year with the company. Every member of our team has had between 5-15 years of experience with the large Telco’s including Telstra, Optus and Vodafone including positions as team leaders, as well as some major insurance firms within the USA. Since their commencement with Accom-Oz they have done extensive on the job cultural training to so they understand their target markets and can deal with clients, customers and the callers appropriately. Our Makati City Office currently operates with a team of 4 and we have the ability to scale up quickly to provide coverage for any client requirements.
