He/ She will be responsible for leading and supporting the development and implementation of digital solutions aligning to the organization’s business objectives and drive digital transformation initiatives. He/She will also be ensuring that the organization is leveraging digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and drive business success
Digital Data and Solutions
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital solutions: This involves managing teams of designers, developers, and other specialists; may it be an outsource provider, to create and implement innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Developing digital strategies: The supervisor is responsible for coordinating with the IT manager in developing a clear and comprehensive digital strategy, which outlines the organization's goals and objectives, as well as the tactics and technologies that will be used to achieve them.
- Managing projects: The supervisor is responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring that each one stays on track, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The supervisor must work closely with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments: The supervisor must stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the digital solutions industry, and be able to make recommendations for how the organization can leverage these advancements.
Budget management
- Manage the budget for digital solutions projects and initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve the desired outcomes.
Mentoring and coaching team members
- Provides guidance, support, and feedback to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
Solutions Administration
- Administer the overall Digital Solutions hosted on the Cloud or on-prem.
Communication
- Provides reports, project timeline, improvement plans and provides project updates on a weekly and monthly basis to the IT Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- With extensive background and experience in various project implementation related to Information Technology
- Must be updated to latest technology and/or digitalization trends
- Must have developed and implemented at least 3 programs and/or applications
- With at least two (2) years of leadership experience
- With at least one (1) year experience in SQL, Cloud administration and programming
- With at least two (2) years of experience in Database Programming & Management
- 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet or Davao City, Davao del Sur
