Job Description
The CSR Specialist is responsible for providing assistance and support in the preparation of project proposals and implementation of CSR Projects.
Duties And Responsibilities :
- Assists the CSR Supervisor in the preparation of project proposals.
- Assists in the implementation of CSR Projects and ensures that these are implemented on time and within budget.
- Prepares Memorandum of Agreements, Deed of Donations, Deed of Acceptance, Contract of Work, and other CSR-related documents.
- Ensures timely submission of documentary requirements to Aboitiz Foundation.
- Assists LGUs in the availment of ER 1-94 Fund.
- Prepares monthly/annual CSR reports for submission to the CSR Supervisor/ Admin Manager.
- Maintains files related to his assigned duties.
Other Related Tasks:
- Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.
- Conforms to the company’s Integrated Management Systems, policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Reports any Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organization.
- Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference by:
a. Ensuring the confidentiality of all data, information and other matters which are private, sensitive or confidential in nature or the exposure of which to other employees, persons, entities or organizations constitutes conflict of interest with and/or poses liability or damage to the Company.
- Performs any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder relevant to the job
- Professional: Preferably with related experience
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
