Security Specialist | Cebu City  

• In charge of the central AP Oil Business Unit Security Operations Center connecting all sites via the CCTV camera system, online security portals and communication lines
• Certified range officer to train SGF in the safe use of firearms and ensure standard of proficiency required is maintained
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Provides assistance in investigations, projects, security drills, SGF audits, and others

Responsibilities

• Responsible in operating and monitoring the central Security Operations Center (SOC) connecting all such SOCs in Navotas, Malabon, Cebu and Mindanao

  • CCTV Surveillance Camera System

    -Operating and monitoring

    -Regular reporting of incidents

    -Contacting chain of command for unusual events

  • Corporate online security portals

    -Monitoring and updating the Security Management System

    -Monitoring and updating the Monthly Incident Monitoring

    -Monitoring Online Security Mapping System (OSMS)

    -Elevates findings to the chain of command timely

    -Coordinating updates with SGF on site

    -Submits monthly status report to chain of command, cc AEV Corporate Security

• Responsible in conducting quarterly SGF checks, and security audits at all sites
• Responsible in training SGFs in firearm proficiency
• Provides administrative support to the department:

  • Processes SGF billing, scrutinizing required attachments

  • Ensures assistance to friendly forces are processed and released on time

  • Ensures supplies of the department are maintained at acceptable level

  • Controls the issuance of security passes (color coded IDs) to all sites, keeping a monitoring log to track and inventory purposes

  • Prepares purchase requests for security equipment

  • Coordinates logistics for official activities of department

• Assists in:

  • Preparing for security assessments and security drills

  • Investigations

  • Emergency situations

• Networks with local LGUs and LEAs in the areas of responsibility

• Must have a minimum 5 years’ worth of experience in security in multinational companies, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, retail or power generation industries
• Is a certified security professional, with ample training and exposure CCTV operation and firearm use
• With firearm training. Possesses PTCFOR.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
