Job Description

The position holder is responsible to facilitate the execution of contract management of all ongoing ARI projects under execution stage. The role centralizes is to support the Project Contracts Compliance Supervisor/ Manager in the implementation of standard commercial issue resolutions, symbiotic monitoring and delivery of contract requirements, and maintaining a strong project commercial system for project execution.

Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the contractual interests protection of the company while maintaining sustainable commercial relationship with the Contractors for all renewable projects under execution
  • Supports to ensure the cascaded commercial agreements are aligned and achieved by the projects through implementation of Project Management Standards across all ARI Renewable projects under execution.
  • Facilitates the Project Coordinators in all ARI Renewable projects in preparing Contractual Letters, coordinating with CCRM and Legal Teams, processing change order and claims approvals, endorsement of project site procurements, and securing transaction authorization from proper approvers.
  • Leads and engages in the development of Project Management Contract Standard including respective updates to its provisions, as deemed necessary, to strengthen the commercial structure of the projects
  • Oversee the Project Coordinators of all Projects in ARI Renewables, which could entail onsite discussions and audit on contract management procedure implementation.
  • Works with the Project Team to generate project-specific mitigation plans.
  • Ensure proper commercial documentation is intact and organized with the Project Coordinators to protect Contract objectives.
  • Integrates the Lessons Learned on Contract Applications from different projects and endorses to the Business Process Review Team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant experience as Contract/ Commercial Engineer
  • 1 year of relevant experience as Project Coordinator or Contracts Engineer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Law)
  • With knowledge and application of Contracts Management on Complex Projects application or Utility Scale Generation Plant Construction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in FIDIC Contracts (Silver, Red, and Yellow Books)
  • Articulate, excellent writing factual, professional speaking, and investigative mindset
