- As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will support the DXP project on
the overall AP Digital Experience development and research. You
should be able to conduct user experience-related activities. This role
will also require the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
and translate user requirements to relevant reports. - You will be part of a team that builds and improves the AboitizPower
Digital Experience (DX) for the optimal experience of different types of
users. - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with
product and process owners, other designers, product design
and development teams, and project managers. - Translate user requirements into user flows, sitemaps, low-
fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes. - Conduct usability testing, facilitate UAT, user interviews, card
sort testing, and other UX Research and validation methods. - Support the team in UI/UX assessments, Beta-Testing, UAT,
Usability Testing, and Engagement optimization of selected
projects - Support the team in uncovering and understanding user pain-
points, problems, and requirements. - Rapidly iterate designs in accordance with User Testing and
stakeholder requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Research, or Digital
Product Management field - 1-2 years of experience in project ownership or management
- Bachelor of Science Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus
- With experience in UI/UX design platforms (AdobeXD, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe product suite or equivalent)
- Has knowledge with UX research and user engagement measurement tools methodologies
- Willing to accept Project Based Contract 1- Year
