Required Skills Set.

• Minimum 7+ Years of CO experience in Support Role and Project Roles.
• Minimum 7+ years SAP Product Costing (COPC) and Profitability Analysis (COPA) and Material Ledger (ML).
• 5 years of related work experience in FMCG, product costing and profitability analysis is added advantage.
• At minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP Controlling modules especially Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Activity Based Costing.
• Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP).
• Configuration of CO and Product Costing functionality in ECC along with the knowledge on SAP FICO and Product Costing processes for Business projects.
• Proven Expertise in SAP product costing with experience in discrete, repetitive and process manufacturing environments.
• At least 4 years of SAP experience implementing SAP FICO and SAP Product Costing with experience in intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.), Material ledger and Actual costing impact on ECC, COPA (Account Based/ Cost Based/Combined Profitability Analysis) and Profit Center/ Cost Center Accounting and reporting requirements.
• Understanding of FICO integration points to other modules such as Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP).
• Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team.
• Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering, and project end to end cycle experience required.
• Collect, analyse, and map business requirements to systems functionalities, perform system prototyping involving system configuration and set-up, prepare UAT test scripts, prepare functional specification for ABAP, user training, documentation, and implementation of systems solutions .
• Experience with all aspects of financial and management accounting within an SAP / ERP system.
• Expertise in developing LSMW and knowledge in integration area with BI reporting platform. Critical interfaces with SAP include BI reports for Financial and Management KPIs.
• Handling and resolutions for SAP Controlling related issues reported by users on daily basis.

• Ability to work closely with team leads and project teams and coordinate with cross-functional team members in IT and non-IT functions.
• Ensure adherence to Digital Solution & Technology (DST) standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures in the execution of duties.
