Training Senior Analyst | Knowledge Transfer (Finance and Accounting)  

Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Transitions Senior Analyst (Finance and Accounting).

About the Role: As a Transitions Senior Analyst (Finance and Accounting), you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities: 

• Conduct/ manage / track & report training for Knowledge Transfer (KT) resources in the areas of RTR/FPNA, customer orientation, systems or tools used, etc.
• Lead and participate in process knowledge transfer from identified SME’s.
• Organize daily calibration sessions with KT resource for identifying & closing knowledge gaps.
• Maintain the knowledge log, updates log and institutionalize floor huddles.
• Monitor and review the SOP during KT for completeness of process knowledge, language, logical flow, format, and structure.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Must be a College Graduate
• Must have at least 3 years combined experience of any of these skills: Transition or Knowledge Transfer AND RTR or General Accounting or Account to Report or General Ledger or Bookkeeping or Fixed Assets or Intercompany or Reconciliation.
• Amenable to report in Quezon City.
