Job Description
Responsibilities:
• The mission of Global Marketing Solutions Partnerships is to accelerate end client success through enabling ecosystems, partnerships, and technology solutions. The team manages a diverse ecosystem of companies that provides technology, data, tools, and services that maximize the performance of Facebook marketing for shared clients. The ecosystem includes hundreds of partners, spanning across 55 countries, and ranges from startups to top global companies.
• The Marketing Partner Support Agent provides support for Facebook and Instagram’s most important marketing partners. This role providers technical support (triaging/tagging all technical requests received from FB Marketing Partners) for partners from around the world, as well as escalating specialized support needs to the expert. This person is also responsible to provide product and basic tool support to improve customer experience and drive higher spend and improved performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our API Technical Support.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of total work experience
- Knowledgeable on API
