Job Description:
- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
- Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running
- Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in trouble shooting basic end-user issues related to workstation, server, network and voice
- Responsible in providing timely and accurate update and information on assigned incidents and service request
- Responsible on timely escalation of incidents which cannot be resolved on time or would need vendor/third party support
- Coordinates with concerned teams, vendors, and/or appropriate third party as part of operations escalation as necessary Ensures that all escalation information is accurate and periodically updated, and that all relevant members of the team are regularly informed on the status of the operations escalation process
- Work closely with service providers to resolve workstation related issues and/or in provisioning new services
- Responsible in performing workstation installation, upgrade, preventive maintenance, back-up, monitoring, access administration and other related communication and server infrastructure tasks

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
Technical skill Requirements:
- Advance SCCM 2012
- Proficient or advanced knowledge in MDT and WSUS is a plus
- Extensive understanding of all processes which effect desktop usage
- Knowledgeable of Registry/ Event Viewer/ IE/ Administrative Tools/ Software interaction
- Experienced in Information Security - network security or understand products attacking Network and Desktop
- Experienced in virus/spyware removal and understanding of operations
- Expert in physical installation & maintenance of Desktop Computer, Printers, peripherals and necessary and logical network connectivity
- In depth knowledge of Windows Application Software Package such as MS Office, Windows OS (Win7, WinXp, and Win 8.0), etc.
- Must have an experience in computer troubleshooting and computer assembly
- Fluency using the English language is a must.
- Knowledge or background in Active Directory.
- Experience in Remote Computer Repair via TeamViewer, SCCM Remote Tool and other remote desktop tools
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
- Experience in Office365 technologies
