We’re looking for a Measurement, Reporting & Analytics Manager, what does it take to become one?
Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, designing, tracking, reporting and analyzing key organizational and operational reports.
As a Measurement, Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will be responsbile in doing the following tasks:
- Set direction for overall reporting needs
- Prepare monthly operational reports (e.g., Scorecard, Client Satisfaction, Expectation Management, CCG, etc.). The reporting areas including the following:
- Client Satisfaction
- Expectations Management
- Contract Commitment Graphs
- Contract Performance Variances
- EACs
- Objectives Performance Scorecard
- Solution Contingency
- Executive Scorecard
- Quality Assurance
- HRE / Early Warning
- Track and report quality performance for organizations supporting the business
- Prepare reports and/or materials for within and across the business as well as for management and key stakeholders
- Provide ad hoc reports and queries
- Maintain master report inventory
- Lead the development and management of initiatives associated with Reporting
- Help define next generation reporting tools and processes
- Participate in/lead special projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
