ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Customer Service Representative to implement and create strategic ways to maximize profits for ZEN.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work in an international environment, communication with sales and account management teams across 5 countries of ZEN Rooms operation
- Responsible for committed deliverables and accountable to colleagues for the success of the team
- Management of inbound and outbound telephone calls (60% - international customers/partners)
- Processing of customer inquiries, solving customers/partners problems striving to exceed expectations of customers and the team
- Identify new opportunities for improving the way the job is performed and in the way the customer and team are served
- Deliver best customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
What we are looking for?
Academic and Work Experience
- Experience in handling direct customer service support is a plus
- Completed a vocational course or bachelor's degree in any field
Mindset and Attitude
- Pro-active and self-driven students and graduates with a hands-on can-do attitude
- Able to change procedures to fit an ever-evolving operation process
- Willing to take in new knowledge
Skill Sets
- Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
