Job Description
Your "day in a life" looks like this...
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients
- Conduct high-volume prospecting (calls, emails, social media) to qualify leads through a detailed discovery process
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Workbean's products, industry trends, and competition
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and messaging
- Track and manage prospects in our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and closed business
Minimum Qualifications
You'll be a great match if you have...
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also capable of working independently
