Job Description
- Assist on the product design for clients based on market inputs
- Research on new technology that can improve the current system
- Conduct system testing of pre-released and released solution to ensure that the system is working as per the agreed requirement
- Received the second level support on answering and escalating internal and external client's concern
- Assist in the continuous development of WTI's product, these includes product conceptualization features and design of system architecture
- Conduct corporate presentations
- Follow the system development initiatives of the company
- Work with the development team to determine how products and services could be designed or modified to suit customer's needs
Minimum Qualifications
- With a degree in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any related course
- Preferably with 1 or 2 years of experience
- Preferably with exposure or experience in the logistics industry/supply chain
- Preferably with background in optimization and/or machine learning
- Knowledge in UML Design and Programming logic
- Programming languages: Python/VB/C/Java/Networking/IP Routing/IIS/Apache/System Integration
- Analytical; attentive to details; thorough
