Job Description
- Responsible for overall finance activities within the company including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, tax, accounting, and working capital management.
- Analyzing company's financial results and issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management
- Providing strategic guidance on capital financing options to support company growth needs
- Providing support in financial planning and results management. Work with other Business Units to understand revenue and cost drivers
- Coordinating, preparing, and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or a similar position at least for 5 years
- Good understanding of FMCG / Retail / E-commerce business model
- Solid understanding of Financial Management and Accounting
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Effective leadership qualities
- Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
