Job Description
- Identify the causes of networking problems, using diagnostic testing software and equipment.
- Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals.
- Analyze and report computer network security breaches or attempted breaches.
- Document network support activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Compure Engineering, Computer Science, and/or other related courses.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
