Job Description
1. Account Reconciliation
- Determine and ensure that the outstanding premium receivables are being reconciled and accountable with clients.
- Facilitate reconciliation
- Communicate with CCD partners to discuss collection concerns and objectives.
- Discuss and resolve overdue AR accounts to clients.
2. Review of New Business and Renewal-Related Documents
- Review and secure related documents such as BOR and Masterlist.
- Gather quotation from different providers
- Draft comparative analysis
- Submit proposals to the client
3. Marketing Program Support
- Implementation of Wellness Program to all accounts
- Ensure sending of health blast to all accounts
- Maintain helpdesk services to key accounts
- Provide feedback mechanism on deliverables to clients
4. Account Management
- Conduct client visit per accounts assigned
- Create a Road Map of Engagement to key accounts
- Coordination with Policy Admin Group regarding accounts deliverables
- Coordination with Claims Department regarding accounts claims management
- Coordination with Collection Department regarding accounts billing and receivables
- Establish a good relationship with the clients and providers
5. Reports Preparation
- Update the Renewal Bible
- Secure utilization report to be submitted to the client
- Update AR report
6. Customer Service
- Assist all accounts with their annual orientation and APE.
- Ensure customer care assistance through our help desk hotline
- Provide feedback to the client
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a college graduate
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in healthcare industries and insurance providers/agencies/brokers handling accounts management, client servicing and customer service.
- With above average communication skills both oral and written
- Must have knowledge in HMO or medical claims insurance
- Willing to work in Makati
- Flexible and with strong customer-orientation
- can start immediately
