Job Description
- Work with data analyst and operations manager for initiative and improvement project
- Responsible for preparation, execution and maintenance of Improvement projects
- Work closely with product team for product initiative, timeline, and deployment process
- Analyze problems and maintenance SLA operations
- Measure progress and targeting of results from improvement projects against the operational roadmap/ key metrics
- Create short term solutions for day to day problems in operations
Minimum Qualifications
- 0 to 3 Years working experience (Fresh graduates welcome!)
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering /Supply Chain/Logistics/ Manufacturing or related field
- Applicable technical knowledge
- Ability to teach lean within an organization and develop others in the discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Must be able to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
- Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
- Understanding and working knowledge of statistics.
