Field Officer  

Job consists of riding along and helping driver in maintaining the truck and other requirements along the way. Physical job consists of loading and unloading heavy items. Also, responsible in collecting payment or obtaining receipt of goods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete logs and reports
2. Collect payments
3. Interact with customers during deliveries and communicate through text/call
4. Utilize the space of truck wisely
5. Help in determining right directions
6. Prepare, inspect, load and unload delivery items
7. Secure documents (deliery receipts, sales invoice, official receipt, etc.) promptly
8. Communicate to billing department regarding the payment scheme of the client

1. At least a high school graduate

2. Male

3. At least one (1) year experience as helper

4. With pleasing personality and excellent customer service attitude

5. Customer-driven

6. Flexible

7. Familiar with the different routes within and outside Metro Manila

8. Capable of performing the duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

1. With good communications skills
2. Must relate well with customers and co-workers in the department
3. Effective communication skills in English/Tagalog is required.
4. Must have good organizational skills.
5. Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English/Tagalog.
6. Willing to be trained regarding product knowledge (Amici and Thermovar products)
7. Ability to lift heavy loads
8. Ability to work long hours
9. Ability to operate forklifts
10. Has initiative to handle the task
