Job Description
- Leads the over all accounting department.
- Checks and validates all the necessary and accounting related reports.
- Prepared and analyzes reports on - Revenues,Expenses, Comparative Reports, Bank Reconciliation, etc.
- Prepares or checks BIR and Tax related forms and the Annual Alphabetical listing of income taxes.
- Ensures that all disbursements procedures and accounting controls are adhered to.
- Monitors daily sales and procedural compliance.
- Monitors cash flow and prepares cash positions.
- Monitors liquidations, advance payments for suppliers, officers and employees.
- Prepares schedules for accrual, landed cost and cost on ending inventory etc.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Banking or Finance.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the related field as an Assistant or Supervisory level.
- Familiarity with Quick Books and Zero is an advantage.
- Must be knowledgeable in General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Audit, Finance and Taxation.
- Detail oriented, flexible and organized.
