Minutes Officer/Technical Staff (Job Order)

Job Description


  • Prepares correspondences including but not limited to letters and memoranda;
  • Transcribes minutes of meetings;
  • Receives/Releases communications and documents; and
  • Performs other related functions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably with experience in technical writing, minutes-taking and administrative work, but fresh grads are welcome
  • College graduate
  • Must be flexible and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • With excellent communication skills, both written and oral
