Job Description
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable and maintainable APIs and services.
- Benchmark and improve performance.
- Refactor and improve existing code to incorporate better patterns.
- Document and write about the work.
- Create unit test and implement a self-test to make sure the code is running well.
- Code review and follow up code that has been developed.
- Work within a cross-functional product team, collaborating with front-end engineers and QA engineers in rapidly developing and delivering high quality ideas to production.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent software engineering experience
- Have at least 3 year experience on developing APIs (preferable in Golang).
- Strong logical thinking, programming and algorithmic skills
- Passionate in software engineering A self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, modern authorization mechanisms (such as Oauth2)
- Be able to debug non-trivial application code
- Be able to write clear, clean, readable code, unit and integration tests
- Be able to communicate and coordinate within a team
- Familiarity with code versioning tools GIT
- Experience with microservices
- Experience with cache Experience with queue
- Experience with nginx, elasticsearch, event driven architecture is a plus Knows the several design patterns is a plus
