In this role, you'll be focusing mostly hiring our Manila team, but will have opportunities to contribute to overall hiring strategies all over th world.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and post job adverts on job search websites.
• Source candidates from different recruiting pools available.
• Actively reach out to prospects regarding opportunities within the company.
• Assist recruitment specialist in screening eligible candidates.
• Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates.
• Maintain a good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients.
• Participate in recruiting events.
• Build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain the internal CV-s database.

• A Graduate of a bachelor's degree;
• Most preferably but not required: BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management.
• Top notch oral and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
