Job Description
Assisting Regional Sales Manager in managing branch as well as reach the company goal in general and branch goal in particular.
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for daily operational matters of the branch: Counseling & Admission Operation, Managing resources, etc.
- Responsible branch’s target of students per year (supervise and manage counselor performance, visa success rate, submit BM monthly sales report including all database, hot potentials, Student Application Progress (SAP), KPI, counselor performance, etc.)
- Provide feedback on market trend, market behaviour, competitor activities and all marketing intelligence that is useful for upgrading the company brand as well as regional sales
- Manage and monitor leads distributions among the Counsellor and to ensure effective leads follow up: regular and on time, and ensure high conversion rate.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements :
- Age between 25 – 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- 3 years working experience as Education Consultant, Student Counselor or similar role
- Strong sales ability and capable of working under pressure with an objective to achieve the given target
- A good command in English both verbal and written is a must
- Computer (Windows, MS Office etc) and Internet literate
- Strong leadership skill and pleasant personality
- Capable of working under pressure, detail oriented, fast learner
- Willing to be placed in SUN Education Branch - Bali.
