The Recruitment Specialist will be a part of the team supporting the recruitment needs of the company, reporting to a team leader. Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Be exposed to the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates for various roles.
- Paper screen resumes.
- Do call-outs and phone invites.
- Discuss and collect pre-employment requirements from new hires.
- Prepare 201 file of new hires.
- Conduct initial face-to-face interviews.
- Prepare and file new hires' 201 files.
- Assist during new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Support other recruitment projects and activities.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably female,
- At least 1-2 years experience in general HR functions, particularly in Recruitment.
- Experienced in sourcing and interviewing candidates for diverse roles, from entry to supervisory levels.
- Background in handling 201 and admin tasks are advantages.
- Excellent English communcation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, organized, and keen to details.
- Willing to work on project basis (1 year, can be renewed).
- Willing to work in Pasig City, Moday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
