Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist  

The SEO Specialist is responsible for supporting clients and the digital marketing team in executing email marketing and conversion rate optimization campaigns. Core functions include:

• Execute search engine marketing processes and best practices within standards
  • Conduct keyword research based on the client target audience and website content
  • Create and Setup on-page reports based on the website structure and keywords
  • Generating SEO reports into actionable strategies based on data for traffic, conversion and quality scores.
  • Regularly communicating with the client in-person and via Skype
• Get, want and have the capacity to fulfill the requirements of the seat
  • Understanding and accomplishing training necessary to equip him or her with skills required for search engine marketing tasks
  • Increasing skill sets as team members grows within search engine marketing team
• Fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators
  • Monitoring and evaluating marketing processes and activities performed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Collaborating with various departments (Sales, IM, Social Media, Content, Design and Web Development) to meet the marketing goals
  • Generating and interpreting marketing reports into actionable strategies based on data for traffic, conversion rates, email marketing KPIs, turnaround times and quality scores
• Execute assigned tasks under innovation projects
  • Supporting team and department in testing new SEO and PPC software/tools, processes or strategies and in documenting and sharing knowledge
  • Learning and innovating with client and StraightArrow tools for search optimization such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Adwords, Screaming Frog, and other SEO related tools
• Participate in identified awards
  • Supporting team and department in submitting quality entries to award-winning bodies for email marketing, lead conversion, sales enablement etc.
• Serve as back-up/cover resource for key clients when needed
  • Accomplishing training in key client processes
  • Providing back up support for key clients when needed such as during an Maternity Leave or Sick Leave of a marketer working in a key account
  • Changing work schedules for supporting key clients when needed

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, and other related courses
• 1 - 2 years work experience in search engine marketing. Experience with using SEO tools e.g. Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other SEO related tools
• Experience with using SEO tools e.g. Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz and Screaming Frog
• Experience with using other digital marketing apps and tools for email marketing is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Amenable to work Monday - Friday in shifting schedule or UK Shift (4PM - 1AM) or US Shift (9PM - 6AM) in Pasig City
