Job Description
- Assist in processing incoming voucher requests.
- Verify/check supporting documents to the voucher.
- Sport and safe keep voucher documents.
- Encode and prepare a summary of vouchers per supplier.
- Update filing of original accounts payable vouchers.
- Perform assigned tasks from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Accountancy or related courses.
- Preferably has a background in different Accounting functions such as General Accounting, Treasury, and Payables/Sales Audit and Billing.
- Fresh graduate with outstanding scholastic records may be considered.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in different MS Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
