Job Description
- Monitors the billing department and enter the required details in the right files.
- Tracks the net expenses for the day.
- Tallies the earnings and expenses and thus prepare the financial reports on a regular basis.
- Carries out bank account reconciliation as well.
- Check swhether or not the bank statements and records have been duly filled and submitted or not.
- Be involved with customer grievance activities that are related to financial transactions.
- Prepares daily records of all banking activity and produce a consolidated report for higher authorities if required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or its equivalent.
- At least one year tax and accounting exposure.
- Preferably with work experience using SAP and Bank Reconciliation.
- Able to start as soon as possible.
- Willing to be assigned in Navotas.
