Job Description
- Perform staff visits across all clients in NCR and Luzon to check on staff concerns which include payroll, compensation, and benefits, admin, etc.
- WiIll go out of the office to visit staff deployed to clients
- Ensure that the employer-employee relationship between the agency and the staff will be established
- Act as the supervisor for the staff deployed to other companies/clients
- Prepare reports to monitor concerns raised
- Will be participating in Recruitment and Admin related functions during training to familiarize with the company's processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or Social Sciences (i.e. Psychology, Philosophy, Anthropology)
- Must be willing to start ASAP
- Experience is not a requirement
- With no schedule of reviews for board exams
- Position is for probationary - regularization after passing the probationary period of 6-months
- Willing to accept a PHP15,500 salary offer
