Business Development Manager  

The product will sell itself, but there must be someone to push the products out in the market, and the sales associate will be the one in charge of it.

• Does full time servicing to existing clients, and other future clients by maintaining an orderly work schedule on doing calls and going on field
• Develops competitive reviews in the marketplace with regard to price, new product offerings, volume of sales, etc.
• Keeps a record of problems encountered by the customers, and act on them by investigating
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Given that the company is just starting out, the applicant must be willing to learn the ropes of selling the company's products on the fly. Proactiveness in looking for prospective clients is a must.

• Must have a background on appliance sales (experience in doing sales for air conditioning units is a plus)
• Already has a listing of prospective clients before applying.
• Knows much about advanced sales techniques in appliances selling.
• Preferrably based within Manila City (other applicants are still welcome to apply).
• Applicants from other big air conditioning companies (e.g. Panasonic, Daikin, Carrier, etc) go straight to the top of the priority list.
