General Manager | South Luzon  

Based in Laguna, Cavite and/or Batangas, the General Manager will oversee the entire business ecosystem, ensuring achievement of profitability and growth targets. He or she will manage the area's sales, market development, customer service and technical operations, while optimizing the system’s resources. He or she should align functional teams towards operational excellence and provide total customer satisfaction, working in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the business unit.
• Ensure the creation and implementation of strategies designed to grow the business.
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
• Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
• Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
• Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
• Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
• Report key results to corporate officers.
• Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.

• Graduate of any Bachelor course
• Experienced in sales, marketing, business development, and managing customer experience
• Must have deep industry experience, preferably from telecommunication or FMCG company
• At least 3-5 years experience in managerial level
