Talent Acquisition Coordinator  

You'll join our recruitment team which focused on Business Development department.

• Provide administrative support to the HR Business Development Lead by effectively and efficiently handling and managing all administrative matters and interview coordinating, allowing them to focus on their main responsibility of driving the business.
• Organize and maintain calendar(s) for assigned interviewers (e.g., users and associate recruiters), manage all communications between the candidates and the users, and handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• You'll have to develop a strong ongoing rapport with users and candidates
• You'll produce accurate, properly formatted reports, frequently under tight time constraints, and you'll provide a range of administrative support (e.g., maintaining database and updating candidates tracker system).
• You'll work collaboratively with other executives to ensure backup coverage and take on other ad hoc responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

• 2+ years administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment working for/with senior-level management
• Strong command of English language, both in oral and written communications
• Bachelor Degree from well recognized university, any major
• Prior relevant experience/background & passionate in recruitment is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with his/her colleagues and various stakeholders
• Highly organized and flexible; resilient, mature and able to deal with stress and ambiguity
