The Role: Channel Reconciliation Analyst

The Location: Pasig, PH

The Team: This position will be part of the Platts Commercial Support Team based in Pasig, Philippines.

The Impact: This position is aligned to Channel Operations and will be responsible for supporting the Channel Management group, helping to ensure consistency of processes surrounding Platts Channel Partnerships and managing the reconciliation of Channel Partner product setup and Platts internal systems, which is central to efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

General Operations

• Liaise with Channel Partners and Platts internal departments as necessary to facilitate operational processes
• With a focus on reconciling products via our Channel Partners with Platts internal systems, ensure Channel Operations issues are identified and resolved timely
• Support effort to onboard new Channel Partners as well as roll out new products and enhancements across Channel Partners
• Work with Channel Partners, Channel Operations Manager, Product Operations and Fulfillment teams on proper setup of Platts product offering and corresponding packaging
• Provide the highest level of support to assist with Client resolutions concerning fulfillment queries
• Monitor escalations from Channel Partners, Technology, Contract Support, Client Services and Sales. Gather responses for prompt completion.
• Address internal and external business partner queries around product availability
• Meet or exceed business SLA’s and business process requirements through effective prioritization, timely problem resolution
• Participate in ad-hoc projects facilitating new and existing processes between Platts and Channel Partners

Champion on Processes/Systems

• Support management of partner contract details in Salesforce and Technology feeds
• Develop plan to improve and streamline partner entitlement reports and reconciliation to Platts CRM and Fulfillment systems
• Track and report product availability status on a regular basis
• Document all activities, communication and progress in Salesforce

• 3-5 years of direct work experience in Sales or Channel Operations/Reporting Analysis
• University degree
• Superior MS Excel Skills (Pivots tables, Macros, Various Functions and Formulas)
• Experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality
• High degree of integrity
• Possess strong problem solving analytic skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communications skills a must
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and specific requirements
• Experience developing business reports. Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports
• Able to act proactively as well as be a creative thinker
• Highly motivated team player and strong individual contributor
• Savvy at identifying and properly handling complex issues
• Preferred skills in using systems like Sales Force, Einstein or Tableau
• Willing to work in Frontera Drive, Ortigas East, Pasig
• Amenable to work on US Shift (Night Shift)
