Job Description
- Responsible for directing and overseeing all Warehouse operations which includes supervising staff to efficiently operate and maintain the storage and distribution facilities.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures relevant to the day to day functions of the department.
- The Warehouse & Logistics department is an integral part of The Company’s main income and thus must run with top quality, precision, professionalism, and efficiency-performance in mind.
- Plans, directs and maintains an efficient warehouse operation and assigns, inspects and evaluates the work performance of personnel assigned in the warehouse.
- Ensures Warehouse compliance with mandated Philippine regulations by directing the receipt, inspection, storage, cataloguing, inventorying and distribution of stocks.
- Consults with other department managers and supervisors to determine the feasibility of implementing studies and surveys designed to assess the efficiency of service and improve service levels.
- Evaluates and recommends changes in staffing, organizational structure, hours of operation and other operational efficiencies to improve service levels to clients.
- Organizes and manages incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of items.
- Administers, supervises, and participates in the review of specification updates and directs the activities of the inventory control group assigned to determine packaging and delivery requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any Business or Science course.
- At least three (3) years related work experience.
- Computer literate at least in Basic Microsoft Software such as Word, Excel etc.
- Team leader and team player, self-starter who gets work done with good analytical and good judgement.
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English.
