Robinsons Department Store is looking for a Division Merchandise Manager who will focus on handling the Men's Casuals Department.
A DMM is responsible for:
- Achievement of target EBIT per category
- Monitor merchandise movements and depletion of aging and damaged items
- Knows and understands how to do markdowns and price break control
- Product development and acquisition
- Analyzes and recommends trends based on market research and competition
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related course
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in retail merchandising
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge in retail operations and business trends
