Job Description
Qiscus is a multichannel conversational platform which helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. Our Content Writer will contribute to the overall success of the usage of Qiscus products by producing exceptional and understandable technical article. Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of products and documentation requirements
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Develop comprehensive documentations that meet organizational standards, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
- Evaluate current documentation and develop innovative approaches for improvement
- Generate ideas and execution for technical content strategy for blog writing
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical writing/content
- Good understanding of information technology & tech product development
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in English (specifically written)
