Job Description
Qiscus is a multichannel conversational platform which helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. As the importance of real-time communication technology continually increases, dynamic client-side development is definitely necessary. Our frontend engineer will be responsible for keeping up with new digital technologies and aspires to combine the alignment of web design, user experience requirements, as well as optimizing web pages to ensure system consistency and improved customer experience (CX). - Develop, maintain, and improve web pages for greater customer experience (CX) using a variety of programming languages
- Work collaboratively with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with back-end engineers and web designers to improve usability and optimization
- Assist backend engineers with coding and troubleshooting
- Write functional requirement documents and guides
- Build excellent mock-ups and design prototypes
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a frontend developers
- Experienced in using HTML, CSS/SASS, Git
- Experienced with JavaScript (ES6+) or with any framework (e.g. ReactJS / VueJS / AngularJS)
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Understanding of layout aesthetics
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills
