Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Support Team.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations under supervision.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate in a Bachelor's program in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in a business environment is a plus.
- Willing to WFO/Onsite in Jakarta
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship program
