Job Description
PRIME Philippines' Retail Division is in charge of all transactions related with commercial leasing transactions. As the Retail Manager, you will be in-charge of managing the day-to-day workflow of the Retail Division.
You will also be responsible for the creation and application of various strategies in relation to, but not limited to, lead generation, negotiation, sales generation, contract signing, after-closing services. This includes international and conglomerate clients.
As the Retail Manager, it is your responsibility to train and assist the leasing associates under the Reail Division. Work responsibilities include processes, procedures, and workflow dynamics.
Furthermore, it is the role of the Retail Manager to foster excellent client/tenant relations. You will regularly meet with them to build rapport and relationships.
The Retail Manager also works closely with the Business Development Department in order to effectively market listings under PRIME Philippines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics or any related course
- Those who have attained a Master’s Degree in either Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics or any related course have an advantage
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the same/similar position and preferably with the same industry (real estate)
- Those who have experience in real estate have an advantage
- Those who have background in market research have an advantage
- We are looking for someone who has been an Assistant Manager OR Manager specializing in Sales and Marketing.
- Must be very proactive, with minimum to no supervision at all.
- Must have strong interpersonal and managerial skills
- We are looking for those with strong negotiation skills
- Must have excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and leadership skills
