- Regulate and supervise all company property related activities (buildings and office)
- Secure at least 95% occupancy of residential units by supervising business development initiative (B2B and online platforms)
- Oversee the completion of client activities (particularly: contract signing, move-ins, move-outs, renewal of contract, notice of termination, notice of inspection, notice of violation notice, and circular for events)
- Resolve client complaints (tenant) by leading property management team and collaborating with internal departments
- Enforce house rules and present unit and tenant violations report
- Manage property-related outsourced service providers (example: pest control, elevator maintenance, plumbing etc.)
- Coordinate with construction team and contractors for property repairs and maintenance
- Manage inventory and monitor all company assets according to location ( per building and unit) and excess or unused (i.e. refrigerators, mattresses, wifi access points etc.)
- Develop, implement, and monitor each building’s operating budget, highlight monthly variances.
- Prepare and present occupancy reports per building, specifying the average monthly occupancy (total number of room days available) and unit vacancy for the next two weeks
- Manage the category and summary of property management forms
- Recommend client-related system optimizations
- Present marketing strategy and campaigns based on competitive market, client behavior, current property status, and marketing trends (benchmarking).
- Secure trainings for all staff by working with the Human Resource Department
- Manage hiring, supervision, and evaluation of staff performance
- Communicate government announcements concerning property management
- Promote and ensure health and safety in all company properties
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years experience of handling real estate, property management, business administration or a related field
- Experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of property regulations
- Knowledgeable with Lease Agreements Management
- Knowledgeable with Vendor Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Understanding of marketing principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent sense of leadership
