Job Description
- We are looking for Data and Research-Driven candidates who can assist in strategizing and designing solutions aimed at the delivery, maintenance, and validation of good customer experience.
- Assists in drafting of proposals of customer-centered research projects to continuously understand, define, and refine customer needs & motivations
- Monitors progress and validates its effectiveness to address customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably:
- Social Sciences Courses: Developmental Studies, Social Work, and the like
- Industrial Engineering, who are willing to focus more on process and systems improvement
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel and do fieldwork
- Preferably, with experience in Project Management, in school or at the workplace.
