Job Description
- Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and processing of accounts payable of the company.
- Responsible for ensuring that the payable is properly supported, classified and recorded in the books of accounts by receiving and matching purchase orders with invoices and delivery receipts submitted by suppliers.
- Applying proper withholding tax rates commensurate to the type of expense for payment and at the same time prepares with Withholding Tax Certificate or BIR Form 2307.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be holding a degree in Accountancy or any Business Related courses
- Preferably with atleast one (1) year of working experience
- With a potential skill on report preparation and analysis
