Studio Manager  

PERIGON is a fitness hub that fosters progress, not perfection. Be the authentic face of PERIGON. You are the foundation of our success. Your job will be to make sure every rider receives an outstanding and consistent PERIGON experience. You deliver this experience by connecting with our guests and speaking authentically about our community and culture. You are an expert in creating world-class guest experiences in our studios— greeting, checking in, and setting up new riders. You support PERIGON Instructors in ensuring the studio is set up for each new class. Aside from the Co-Founders, you report to the Head of Studios. He is your best friend—you collaborate to create and maintain the best possible experience for every rider.

The Finer Print

• All employees’ availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time. The Head of Studios determines the availability needs, and this schedule could include a combination of shift times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• PERIGON reserves the right to make amendments to the schedule and/or availability requirements from time to time and at its sole discretion
• All employees are expected to be available to work major holidays (except for Christmas and New Years Day)

• Fluent in English
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experience for guests
• Passion for health and wellness
• You integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working (you don’t take yourself too seriously)
• At least 1-Year of working experience in Fitness Service or equivalent is a plus
• Previous fitness teaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have basic computer skills
• You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
• You communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same
• You foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships
