Job Description
- Addressing customer inquiries and requests via E-mail and Freshdesk ticketing platform in a
- professional and timely manner
- Customer retention
- Negotiate with customers in a strategic manner that will lead to a potential sale
- Document and report incidents
- Review and finalize customer purchase orders
- Process orders for dispatch
- Work closely with the BD Team to stay updated on client policies and processes
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years in college
- Experience in the BPO industry for an international account preferred
- Excellent written and spoken professional communication skills in English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative and a strong team player
- Detail-oriented
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work weekends and in shifting schedules
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
