The ideal candidate will have a likeable & outgoing personality with the drive to grow the business as part of the dynamic sales team. We are looking for an excellent communicator who is passionate to grow in a young & vibrant company with an exciting vision. Penbrothers is a startup business solutions company that offers co-working, human resources and payroll services to our clients. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team, generating new clients, from lead generation & research to setting & executing meetings. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! 2018 is a crucial year for the sales team, with high targets & expectations for filling up our two new offices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Prepare reporting as needed
  • Prepare in-depth Market Research for opening New International Markets

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Referral Generation
  • Cold-calling
  • Appointment setting
  • Executing potential client meetings
  • Achieving an individual target of new seats/sales per quarter

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have 4-6 years or more work experience that showcase Sales and Management Skills
  • Good Communication Skills both Oral & Written (High to Native English Proficiency)
  • Position requires Phone Ethics and customer service orientation.
  • Candidate is expected to have the Sense of Accountability and Responsibility
  • MS Office, Google Suite Tools Proficiency
  • Must have Presentation Skills
  • CRM Process Savvy
  • Valid Passport for regular Official Business Trips
