Job Description
- Monitor the Collection process.
- Send reminder letters to buyers.
- Follow up account status.
- Send billings to Joint Venture partner or affiliate.
- Monitor and follow up billings.
- Manage Post Dated Checks.
- Monitor returned checks and preparation of formal notice.
- Manage Credit Card and Debit Card transactions.
- Monitor buyers’ direct deposit and wire transfer.
- Maintain Consolidated Monthly Collection Report.
- Handle buyers’ query regarding payments made.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
- At least 1 year experience
- Background in real estate operations is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical
- Keen attention to details and highly organized
- Computer literate and results-oriented
- Personable, articulate, and a team player
- Willing to work long hours
