Offshore Concept Consulting’s Junior Management Accountant Training Program is a 3-year program designed to prepare, train, and mentor high performing individuals for managerial finance positions.
As a Management Trainee for Accounting & Finance will get exposed to handling the financial books of businesses that the company manages on behalf of its clients. You will also provide immersion on all things Finance, a very attractive position for someone who has ambitions of climbing up the corporate ladder or starting her/his own entrepreneurial venture in the future.

This role requires that you possess passion for continuous learning. Natural curiosity for how things work is a must. You should have a good grasp of structure and strong desire to develop great organisational skills because, hey, you've got to know how to prioritise right? We love that you are confident but if that needs a bit of polishing, we can help you develop the right confidence that is required for success.
And oh, you need to possess an adequate knowledge of how finance works. We can polish rough diamonds but we cannot do magic!
