Administrative Assistant (Property Management)

Job Description

Responsible for providing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to enable the Property Management Office manage the day to day activities which include maintaining Unit Owner / Tenant accounts, compiling information and analyzing data, and helps coordinate work activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in handling complaints, inquiries and concerns of residents
  • Receives payment and issues proper official and provisional receipts, whichever is more appropriate, for every payment received
  • Delivers circulars, letters, documents and other materials as instructed by the PMO
  • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field

Additional Requirement/s:

  • Must be able to handle difficult customers
  • Must have the ability to handle pressure
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig/Makati/Quezon City
