- We require a highly skilled Product Manager with an unwavering passion for creating food technology products that captivate consumers. The individual will have the challenging task of identifying consumer needs, developing product design and strategy, transforming these concepts into profitable business cases, and motivating team members to bring the vision to reality. The position is in a vibrant and fast-paced environment where the manager works closely with cross-functional internal and external teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy. In coordination with NAI CMI, conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and establish product goals.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a clear and prioritized product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and consumer needs. Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap based on changing market dynamics and feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the product roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver on-time and high-quality product releases.
- User Experience and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing product interfaces. Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to iterate on the design and enhance the overall user experience.
- Product Development and Management: Guide the entire product development process from concept to launch. Define product features, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and technological advancements. Use market insights to identify new opportunities for product enhancements and innovations.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define and track key product performance metrics. Analyze data, user feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and identify areas for improvement.
- Product Launch and Marketing: Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, challenges, and obstacles impacting product development and success. Make data-driven decisions to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Strategic Resource – NutriAsia Marketing: Develops digital marketing products for NutriAsia brands outside of digital media buying (apps, chatbots, games, and other products).
- A bachelor’s degree in related fields: Business Management, Marketing, Communications Technology, Information Technology
- At least 5 to 7 years experience in Marketing in the Tech/Telco industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills, good leadership and interpersonal skills along with good analytical aptitude.
- Creative. Innovative. Flexible and resourceful. With superior knowledge and application skills of concepts and techniques in digital marketing.
- Creative problem solver and strong project management skills.
- Tech savvy. Is an early adopter of new tech and knowledgeable about emerging tech.
- Experience with Art direction, Advertising, Creative writing, and Production (TV, Video, Event or similar) is an advantage
