Job Description

Job Summary:
A sales engineer for manufacturing is responsible for managing an account in the manufacturing industry. He/ she will develop sales opportunities for the organization through relationship-building and by providing clients with professional consultancy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with manufacturing and private institutions to establish professional connections and educate them with advanced technologies, specifically commercial and industrial printers, and make the most of their machine investment.
  • Generate leads in the assigned territory
  • Conducts learning sessions, training programs, and webinars about the assigned technologies.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals by providing templates and preparing the technical sections
  • Coordinate with a multifunctional team throughout the entire sales process, including working closely with account managers, solution architects, and sales specialists to promote sales growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Competencies/ Skills Required:

  • Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing, advertising, public relations, manufacturing engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledgeable in project management, & bidding requirements will be an advantage.
  • With at least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in sales and account management preferably in manufacturing, & printing industries.
  • Must have excellent customer orientation and enthusiasm for new technologies.
  • With excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The candidate must possess strong business acumen, market research skills, and a deep understanding of various aspects of a business in commercial and industrial printers.
  • With strong communication & presentation skills
  • Preferably residing in Paranaque, Laguna, Batangas as the sales engineer for South Luzon.
